Review on KYB 343465 Excel G Gas Shock by Clinton Youmans

I think it should have included bushings/washers for the top mount but I saw in the Q&A that they weren't included. The reason I removed the sprocket is the lack of a piston shaft cover/boot. The description says it is an OE replacement but the shaft is not protected by anything. The original had a metal cap/sleeve, but the originals will not come loose and cannot be replaced. They should at least have rubber boots to protect them from bumps. I can't find them as a separate purchase. They fit perfectly and fit perfectly. I put them on my daughter's car and she said she noticed a lot more cornering stability and a smoother feel on a bumpy road (although there's still a feeling of stiffness over big potholes/bumps). I would buy again anytime because they work great and others don't seem to include boots/sleeves. I would be better off with him
