It's a bit unstable unless placed on a perfectly flat surface (like the grate on my espresso machine) but otherwise seems accurate and easy to read/interact with the "tare" button took a second to understand. The button doesn't touch it, but instead holds your finger over it - for about a second. The only really annoying issue is that when water hits the tare/on button, the scale sometimes shuts off mid-pour/draw. It seems the design needs to account for the possibility of water getting on the scales. The timer is fine, intuitive to use. There is v3, I'm hoping for a thinner/lighter box so the entire flat surface of the scale can get wet and doesn't affect functionality, and doesn't need a perfectly flat surface to get consistent measurements.
