This doorbell is easy to install if you have the correct transformer with your current doorbell. The video/sound is good and works perfectly. My problem with this video intercom is that it requires a paid subscription to get the recorded video. I have an Arlo Pro 2 camera system and you can add it to the app without recording as a video-only option. YOU CANNOT add this doorbell to an Arlo Pro video capture base station and I LOVE it. YOU CANNOT currently add this doorbell to an Apple Home Kit, or if you can, it's not easy to do or mark in the tiny instructions - the written material is actually poor. I love my Arlo Pro 2 camcorders, but this doorbell is a monthly waste of company money. If you agree to the payment then buy this doorbell as you will love it. If you already have an Arlo system, like me, you might be disappointed if you don't want to pay commissions all the time.
