I placed my order on Friday and received it by USPS on Sunday! Initially my year-old yellow Lab was quite hesitant about allowing her mom near her nails with this gadget. I allowed her to sniff the nail clipper with the safety stop on; she licked it and examined it carefully, getting acclimated to it before extending one paw for her manicure. The cut was quick and clean, since the blade was very sharp and I had a clear view of her nail (and the quick, since her nails are translucent). I had no worries about cutting into her quick, as this clipper came with a safety guard that allowed no more than approximately 1/8" of nail to be removed at a time. The handles were very comfortable and slip-proof.
