Nothing so far! I have not seen any downsides. It would be great if it could create more alerts than notifications of updates. If you are looking at this product because your currently using another system then it will save time when creating new recipes, orders etc. You can use as many units in one recipe as needed without having to go back and forth between different platforms or programs. I love that you can see all of your recipes in one place! It's very easy (and free!)to use when it comes time planning meals with our students at school or during field trips/activities we have going out into local communities as well!! Sometimes certain features are not available but they do update regularly so this isn't always an issue either :). There really aren’t any downsides yet because there haven been only about 10 users since launch last year. !
