My teenage daughter LOVES this. She is a sound sleeper and struggles with anxiety. She wanted to try a weighted blanket to see if it would help. As a therapist and educator I have used such blankets and knee pads with clients/children and have had success. I know there are a lot of these out now and I wanted to make sure I had a quality one. This works very well. Corresponds to the description. Our cat is the most "terrible" cat in the world - he even loves to sleep on it!
