Bought 2, both broke within a few months, can't return

If it works, everything is fine, but unfortunately I bought 2, and after 7 months of purchase, both were broken. The first one stopped connecting no matter what I did when I tried to bring it back closed the window. Since the collar is great when it works, I bought another one. This one worked with minimal connection issues, but one of the charging pins fell apart. I would happily exchange this broken one for another one, but again the window is over. I will not purchase the third update* after speaking directly to Pet Safe, they will send me a new one
