I have had this ratchet less than a month at the time of my review it’s in the case in a box getting ready to get returned! From the beginning I wasn’t to impressed cause it’s significantly slower than all other cordless ratchets I’ve used (Milwaukee, Husky) and it just feels cheaply made to be honest! I never do these reviews but felt the need to inform others to just pass on this tool! Well that is if your going to be using it for it’s originally intended purpose! I try to keep all my tools in good working order too so its not like I just abused it either it just quit turning anything to the point I could grab the driver head with my fingers and stop it from spinning. So if you want my opinion the best rachet in the game is the Husky. I have had it for almost 2 years and had to charge it 5 or 6 times so far and I use it everyday! (Updated since first write up) Since my first rachet had some issues and Walmart failed to send me my refund postage till 10 days after the cut off date I thought well I was SOL but then I recieved an amazing Email from the Kimo company representative and I was blow away on how sincerely apologetic they were and how they want to do what ever it took to make it right and to me the fact that they actually read the reviews is amazing really in this disposable world we live in where no one cares about each other anymore! And furthermore they actually want to take the steps to right the situation is worth so much more to me than most things anymore so I’m changing my recommendation to a very positive yes cause I am recieveing my new rachet kit ASAP and not only that I know if I have any issues there is a company here that actually cares and will be there to help me out no matter what! So if your on the fence don’t hesitate and buy this rachet cause it’s so worth every penny cause to me to have support like that with tools that we all abuse and rely on to make a living is priceless! Thanks KIMO wish more company’s conducted their operations like this! BUY THIS TOOL you won’t regret it!
