I love love this pressure cooker. Can't say enough about the ease of opening and closing with a twist. The seal is attached to the shield which is not removable but can be easily removed and cleaned. The most important thing is the safe release of vapor. Everything at the push of a button. No risk of steam burns. I wasn't sure about the non-stick pan, I've only used stainless steel so far. But I have to say that I like nonstick more. It makes a very robust impression and is very easy to clean. Big lit menu that I can actually read. The cord is detachable. I don't even reach for my instant pots anymore. I just want them to make this model in 8 liters. I would buy too. Winner. You will not regret this purchase.
