Its pros: Lightweight, hold well, works great as a headset, you can hear both the interlocutor and you well, but I could not listen to music for a long time Different cons: vibration makes me dizzy, and then it seems to hurt, this technology is not for everyone, I tried it more than once both on a run and in a calm mode
