Not designed for low ceiling!
The item description is misleading. I ordered this product based on my low ceilings and not enough wall space for my pantry.The company I hired to install informed me that I cannot use this without having walls to attach the mounting units to.! I had a serious house emergency on July 3, now my window to return has expired. Very disappointed and overcharged for false description! of this product!
- Adjustable to fit different door widths and thicknesses
- The door can be difficult to move if it becomes stuck or off-track, requiring professional assistance to fix
