The ease to create my own content (as opposed to relying on third party writers) has been great! I've also liked how interactive it's made writing once there possible as well - we're able to add photos or video from our trip with clients so they are more engaged during their experience. No dislikes at this time. As stated above, being able to write your posts using only our software versus hiring someone else would be nice but maybe not realistic. We needed an integrated publishing system rather than multiple services which was hard enough without having to figure out all different platforms separately too.
