To be honest, Nectar has pleasantly surprised me. I was kind of expecting a Gatorade-type vibe and was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't cute, gooey, or colorful. All three flavors are very good. Lemon is my favourite. It tastes like lemonade or something, not that nasty artificial lemon flavor that most things have. I like that it is not thick and without coloring. I don't need any additional substances to filter my body. I feel more hydrated by taking a few of these a day and maybe some TMI, but magnesium citrate also helps me stay healthy. It dissolves best just at room temperature or just in cold water, but after a few more minutes it will dissolve in cold water and shake. A lot of brands don't dissolve in cold water at all, which also made me happy. 10/10 recommend this item. Very impressive.
