Quality and fit were exceptional. These flange inserts come in a nice simple case. I used one with my lansinoh manual pump. It fit perfectly with that standard flange. If you're a size 19mm you'll know it's nearly impossible finding a manual pump that offers this size! I keep the other as a spare. I imagine these could be used for just about any flange. They will also fit my ameda electric pump flanges. These are pretty simple to use and care for and come with instructions for that. My only complaint would be that they make it a bit harder to see in the flange. If you're a newbie at pumping like me, you may experience milk coming back between the insert and flange. Of course, user error, for leaning back while pumping. Shame on me for trying to relax! However, I did not experience any milk breaking through the seal between the two. These fit perfectly.
