I have to say that I personally can't take a full 6 caps a day without getting sick, so I cut it down to 2am with light food and lots of water! Doesn't make you fat except for the head because blood flow has increased and I have no problem getting it up, but I'll tell you it's MUCH DIFFICULT and lasts longer. I take ashwagonda every 3 days and elderberry daily, both lower blood pressure so I probably can't handle the higher dose.
