I purchased mine for $10 so I really cannot complain much -- it is very inexpensive especially compared to other rainfall shower heads in the market. For 10 bucks I can take a chance and worse comes to worst I can return it if it breaks within the return time frame. The first one I received I had to send back for an exchange, I did not even try to connect it to my shower because the item did not look right. Please refer to photos provided for what I mean by "it does not look right". The faceplate and the part that connects to the water pipe is not attached together correctly -- at one part there is a gap so I am not sure if water will just come out of it.The replacement shower head I received is just the same, there is this gap between the faceplate and the part that will connect to the water pipe. Oh, well . I decided to just try it and connect it to my shower. Very easy to attach to the water pipe, it fit perfectly. The ball joint allows the user to move the shower head around which is another plus. I turned the water on and there were no leaks, the water comes out where it should and the rain fall effect actually feels good. I've been using this shower head for two days and so far it works just as it should. Is it worth the $10 -- darn right, it is! Inexpensive yet surprisingly functional.
