I like how easy it's very intuitive in terms of getting started with this tool, plus all their support team are able-bodied individuals who have been around for some time now so they know what you're trying/wanting! Nothing yet but we've had an issue or two here & there which has required our tech department assistance however everything was taken care from them within 24 hours without question. We didn't want another ticket system - wanted something more simple where everyone could utilize instead of having multiple people using different applications each day just keeping track (sometimes forgetting). This helped us solve alot of problems as well since when someone would get into trouble not knowing about certain things etc., then others were informed via email / chat quickly enough allowing quick resolution before anyone else needed in involved..
