Ideal for walking, not running
They are very comfortable to walk in, but if you stand still for a long time your heel hurts because there is nothing in the middle of the sole and the heel seems to sag.
Laces for decoration so I wouldn't recommend them as running shoes as they will fall off your feet. But it's a great walking shoe
