Ease of use and waiting times were good.

Charger for guided lock and fingerprint setting. Everything went well. A lock installed on the door lock and after three weeks it could not be opened. It seems to have lost its charge. The only way to remove it was to cut it off. So now I have a useless fingerprint lock. I would definitely NOT buy again.

Pros
