I am a dog trainer and I buy training collars for myself and clients all the time. This is one of the best inexpensive collars I've tried. I like all the extra features like the fabric buckle collar, the clicker and the tutorial. The collar itself seems to be quite high quality, waterproof and the buttons work about 90% of the time, which is better than others I've tried. (The only collar that worked 100% cost over $150). The downside is the insane number of levels (99), so stupid and unnecessary that a noticeable change only occurs between about every tenth level. . Finally, sleep mode can be annoying. If you're trying to discipline your dog quickly and he's asleep, it's easy to miss the moment. All in all a decent collar for the price!
