Reviews were correct. Fast delivery, great product, clear instructions and installation was easy. No major problems. I had to remove some sand from the screw holes, which can sometimes happen with a forged piece of metal. The 3/8" x 3" screws were lightly tightened in the two front screw holes. Not a big deal, but in terms of quality, I was surprised that the inspector didn't check the screw holes. I installed an additional 2" x 4" under my bench so there was enough wood on the screws to attach the vise. I found and then drilled the pilot holes as directed. The next step was to install the rear screws to the recommended length. Using a round file, I opened up the two front bolt holes so the wheel bolts could be hand tightened as instructed. Eventually, I used my 1/2-inch percussion gun to tighten the rock bolts and began to enjoy the extra pair of hands I need almost every day when renovating or building various objects for the house or Thea Bowman Center where I go work part time . I have found that the hardwood magnetic pads that come with the vise work well. However, for the next project I had to install large hardwood supports on the vise. I have attached an image.
