Review on Weleda Organic Himalayan Salt Toothpaste 2.5oz - Dental Care by Rhonda Johnson

This stuff gets the job done and in my experience is quite comparable to Burt's Bees toothpaste which I like for the lack of additives. However, Burt really doesn't know how to pack and this causes a huge mess. The salty taste doesn't bother me, but I'm not into the toxic Crest toothpaste (which gets you so addicted to sweet that anything not soaked in saccharin becomes uncomfortable - you can get used to it, it takes a couple of weeks, but you'll get your taste buds to get). I've also tried Redman's salt stuff (Earthpaste), but it contains xylitol, which I'm not keen on (I got a stomach ache after trying to swallow their suggestion - bad idea). The Weleda material feels very European and lacks the American obsession with foaming at the mouth like a rabid dog. By the way, this foam does nothing at all, it is 100% psychological (my father is a dentist).
