Based on the paper specs, Fuji owners (X-E2, X-T1, X-Pro2, etc.) might not be happy with this kit lens. It would be a mistake. It's cheaper, smaller and lighter, but slower, softer and less durable than competing Fuji lenses in this focal range. Although it's slower, I used it to capture the city lights. I've taken landscape photos that were printable up to 12x18 and you can still see sharp detail when you press your nose against it. The slightly wider (16mm vs 18mm) minimum focal length is a plus for me, while the 50mm vs 55mm limit isn't that noticeable. My favorite body with this lens is the X-E2; The combination is very light and compact, while still taking photos as clean and sharp as the 18-55mm X-T1. Cons: If you're rough with the gear this might not be for you, the aperture isn't adjusted via the aperture ring but via a wheel on the body (just like Nikon). If you need a very shallow depth of field, you will find this to be a problem
