Review on 🔊 Bose Smart Soundbar 900 - Dolby Atmos, Alexa Built-in & Bluetooth Connectivity (White) by Jeff Billingsley

Really impressed this is a great soundbar but first let me explain why 4 stars. This is my first experience with Bose and for the price I expected better service. the soundbar and it came with a European power cord, 2 round pins and 220v. So I contacted customer service and the only thing I wanted to know was if I could use a plug adapter. The service was very slow, the whole interaction took almost 90 minutes. My only question was whether I could use an adapter. The rep spent all the time showing me that I had the wrong cable (which I already knew) and that he could send me the correct one and pay for it. Later I found that I can use the adapter without any problems. , so I had to buy one, and finally I could connect a soundbar... And when I was ready to try it, the calibration through the Adaptiq headphones didn't work. He started making noises in different parts of the room but 5 times failed to tell me the room was too loud, if not it was actually very quiet when I tried so he finally said that the headphones are broken and I have to contact support... No thanks, well I was finally able to use the soundbar without calibration and the sound is really impressive. It doesn't have a subwoofer, but I don't think I'll need one. You can really only feel the bass through the soundbar. I didn't even change the settings so I left all levels as they were out of the box and this is an amazing sounding soundbar. You can really hear and feel everything around you and above you. Even in my environment, an open living room with a very high ceiling (about 15 feet) and where we only had a wall on one side of the room, we can still hear noises from the side without the wall, but obviously not as much clearly , like from the side with the wall. But we could hear birds from above, music from the side and rain from every direction. The dialogue is very clear and you seem to hear everything you need to hear. I ran some tests on Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max, with Disney+ being the worst in terms of Atmos sound quality, but Netflix and HBO were really good. Another thing I liked is that even when there's no Atmos content, you still hear a little sound coming out of the speakers, even if the content is in stereo. The setup process was also very easy with an app that guides you step-by-step on what to connect and what to do next.
