Attachment kit for trailer hitch received. There is no place on this list that says you need a hardware kit. No bolts or nuts to install the rails. As a complete set you would think this is Complete! One of the lashing straps on the frame mount was also an inch shorter. I had to make my own piece because it was shorter than the frame. I paid a lot of money for a kit that was supposed to be easy to install, but it ended up taking almost two days. Very disappointed!
