With other bands that I bought the pins on this particular can easily fall out. On other bands the pins (Meaning the ones you use to actually connect the band to the watch) are sealed so the pins don't fall out. Most of the time I will wear this watch after going to the gym, so I shower and change at the gym. I just got it a few days ago, so when I packed up my stuff for tomorrow, I put the band in a ziploc bag so I don't lose any pins. Otherwise the band is very nice, had no trouble making adjustments with the links.If it wasn't for the attachment pin issues I'd give this five starts
