Review on 🍗 French-Made Matte Black Staub Cast Iron 9.5-inch Vertical Chicken Roaster by Hester Gaiser

Very pretty, easy to clean (actually). Another great Staub product that produces VERY juicy chicken. It came out of the oven crispy, but when it rested 5+ minutes the skin was soft with the juiciness of the chicken. The only 2 cons is that it's quite small, I couldn't fit enough potatoes for 2 with the chicken. The other downside is the browning, only the top half of the chicken is browned when it's done. I end up turning the chicken 3/4 while cooking, but it's tedious trying to maneuver the chicken 350 degrees with the utensils. and your hands Heat-resistant, washable gloves help a lot. Worth $79.99, it's a dust and it will last a long time.
