Review on Perfect Aluminum Paddle Foldable Wooden by Paul Ajayi

I received this item last Wednesday. I used it for a pizza party last night when we used our new Ooni Kodapropane pizza oven. It was the perfect pizza topping for getting the baked pizza out of that oven. I used a wooden pizza crust to get the pizza in the oven, but a wooden pizza crust is usually too hard to take the finished pizza out of the oven. The Perfect Pie pizza peel has exceeded my expectations. This is a quality product and the foldable handle makes it easy to store. The rocker cutter was also a pleasant surprise. So far I have always used a rolling pizza cutter. Rocker Cutter cuts pizza cleanly without damaging the topping. I will probably never use anything else again.
