I returned this skirt. It may have five layers of tulle, but they're not as fully pleated as the pictures lead you to believe. To circumference on the bottom is pretty skimpy. The toll is also not very soft. For what I got for this price, it was a disappointment. I ordered another company's skirt as well. That one had only one layer of tulle, but it was more generous until fabric and pleated nicely around the waist. Who would have thought that one layer of tulle could look better than five layers? It is not a terrible skirt but not what I had expected.
