
I've been using Dragon Light via email since I installed my lightbulb in a photo sensor light. The lamp failed after a few minutes in the holder. I emailed Dragon explaining the situation and they were outraged that they had sent me another bulb for free. They kept in touch with me until the bulb arrived and after that until I "tested" the bulb. I first tested the bulb in a regular outlet and used it for over an hour with no problems - very bright. I was very reluctant to 'test' it again in the 'photo sensor' device as I strongly suspected it would fail again. And on que it crashed within minutes. I have provided Dragon with the results of this "testing" and they have stated that they will revise their "do not use with ballasts" notice to include "photosensor attachments". Now I don't know if my light had a ballast (not sure?) but when I first tried it on this light I had my doubts it would work and it didn't. Absolutely, long story short - I appreciate Dragon working with me on this. God bless.
