We bought an 8-channel wireless camera system with 1TB of storage for business use. Delivery was fast. Setting up the system was easy. The cameras are clear and have a good range at night. We have cameras indoors and outdoors in the heat and rain (Florida). In terms of range...our furthest away wireless camera is outside of our warehouse at about 100-150 feet from an NVR that is in the office. It is a concrete block construction with at least 3 block walls between the NVR and the last chamber. The mobile app was also easy to set up after users created an account. The desktop software is good too. First install the mobile app, create an account and link the camera system to your account. THEN install the desktop software. When you enter the desktop, your cameras are there. The application is also convenient to play. Support: 1 camera showed condensation inside the camera body (on the glass lens cap) as soon as it was connected. I contacted support and they responded very quickly. After several emails describing the problem, we sent the camera back (US address) and a replacement was on the way (from US). We received the replacement within a few days (UPS Ground) - they shipped the replacement as soon as I emailed the tracking number. Camera swap works fine. The support was very good with this replacement. It's been a little over a month and the camera system works great.
