fragile but at least comfortable

I don't understand why the only 2 options for these wraps here on Amazon are so expensive for what they are. Shouldn't they have wool flannel inside, according to Edgar Cayce? It's very thin, cotton inside and doesn't stay in place very well. At least the strap is adjustable and comfortable, which is more than what other reviewers have said about choosing a "different case" on Amazon. Cotton holds castor oil well. I think we need to add heat according to Edgar S, but the instructions don't call for it. Confusing.
