First of all this device works like a charm. I basically connected the cables and it works. To switch between computers, just press the round button and it switches pretty quickly. I have a Nuc for my PC and a Dell for my work computer. Audio is transmitted via HDMI, so I had no problems with the sound. When I have a conference call I use a USB gaming headset connected to a USB hub and have had no problems. It just works. The USB hub supports my wireless mouse, wired Razer keyboard and Yubi dongle. There are no hardware problems on either my work computer or my PC. The downside is the wiring. When all the cables are connected, the thing looks like an octopus. I wish they could make one with all the cables coming out the back. If you want a basic KVM that just works, this is a good choice in my experience.
