Review on ASUS VE247H Gaming Monitor 1920X1080 Backlit 23.6-inch, 76Hz, by Daryl Williams

RE update of March discount on this product: My claim was rejected as "illegible" because I submitted a regular Revain invoice. They insist that the "Final Order Details" invoice is retrieved via the "PRINT" button on another invoice, even though this is not stated in the discount terms. They say they offer ONE resend despite not being able to correctly list the documents needed. Wall mount (aka 100mm VESA mounting template) on the back. I love that it has all HDMI, DVI and VGA connections. I would take it again in two weeks. But I have some reservations which are reflected in the 4 out of 5 star rating. Firstly, the technical support I (didn't) receive was terrible. The manual for this product needs to be downloaded and even then it is incomplete and does it doesn't reflect everything you see on the OSD. Want to know what some of the undocumented things are, or what most of the undocumented things actually do? It is a pity. I was asking such questions and was suddenly cut off by their tech support chat. TOO bright in general. And my attempts to dim it both through the monitor's OSD and my video card's controls have been unsuccessful. Instead, they emit too many yellows or greens. Others have also mentioned this problem. Not that I care much, but oh those speakers? Useless.
