I've been looking for a universal glue (and solvent) for 80 years. This material is as close to universal glue as I've found so far. You might think it's expensive, but it does the job. I had a cow tearing a large piece of canvas: I taped a strip of canvas along the 3ft gap and it worked like magic. I sealed the leaking PVC pipe underwater and it worked. Oh, and white or transparent, I don't care. I found that the installation takes 3-4 days. Good stuff.
