SOUND CURRENT VOLUME SEEMS LOW
Very small light weight product. I tested this by plugging it into the phone jack in the bedroom. You could hear the beep, but it was very quiet. There is no way to increase the beep volume. It might be fine for testing a phone jack indoors, but I'm wondering if it would be loud enough when used outdoors in a home test jack with all the background noise you might encounter. Cars, children, barking dogs, chirping birds, etc.
