Review on πŸ”’ Werner AC78 Quickclick Stabilizer: Optimal Stability Solution for Elevated Safety by Brandon Skeet

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Required Availability: Building Materials

I'm not a big fan of heights, but I had to climb an aluminum ladder to hang floor-to-ceiling curtains in our 20-foot family room. Ceiling. I really didn't want to spend the time and energy renting and setting up scaffolding, let alone paying someone to just hang curtains. So I was hoping that this stabilizer would make the climb a little less strenuous. It was like this. The bouncing and twisting you typically experience with aluminum ladders was almost non-existent. The stabilizer evenly distributed my weight as I stood at the top of the stairs and I was perfectly comfortable hanging all four curtains, including measuring, drilling and levelling. I can no longer imagine climbing stairs without a stabilizer and definitely feel a lot better when climbing stairs. Set up out of the box took just a few minutes and was easy to install. Also, you don't have to take it off when the ladder is stowed away. Worth every penny.
