At first glance these adapters seem great. If you don't intend to use them regularly, but only lightly when you do, then this set is for you. BUT. If you use them for more than just assembling Ikea furniture I would look elsewhere. When tightening the bolt with the Makita Impact Set to the lowest setting before the threads were fully tightened, my head suddenly fell to the floor. I went to put it back before noticing that the impact bit (1/2" drive) had just fallen off the stem. On closer inspection they appear to be simply friction welded or heated and pressed together. Very bad. There was no abuse that caused it, the attachment just fell apart For real use of kick I'd look elsewhere.
