Purchased this to act as an ups for computers I’m running. Put it in operation in June, failed by October. The transfer switch will not switch back to utility power after a power failure. It switches, clicks, switches off, clicks switches on and keeps doing this until you turn the inverter off. I’m sure if I had not discovered this it would keep flip flopping until the transfer switched failed or worse, It also has some sort of ground failure I’ve detected when running on inverter power, I have a surge protector plugged into its output and it shows a ground fault when running on inverter power. I didn’t check to see if the hot and neutral are reversed. Probably are. Also the fan runs continuously and is not quite. It was a promising product and did what it was supposed to for a few months, liked it when it worked correctly.
