I have thin, porous, golden hair that is dry at the ends and has split ends. And the tips were well-nourished by this oil-elixir. I've employed it in two variations: 1) Apply it liberally (6–8 pressures) before washing the head, put on a bath cap, and walk this way for 30 minutes. Then, wash it off with 1-2 shampoo washes. Shiny, light hair is the result. 2) Apply oil to the damp ends of the hair after every head wash (3 clicks). The ends are split much less as a result. The item is excellent overall. although I won't go overboard with them because the oil contains silicones (so that the hair does not become oversaturated with silicones, I wash them once a month with a super-washing shampoo).
