I want to describe in detail my experience of interacting with Samsung and their products. The review will be ated as new information becomes available. I ordered this tablet from the official Samsung store. Ordered December 28, 2022, delivery date January 3, 2022. January 3 arrived. I'm waiting for the courier at home. The courier didn't come. I called the courier service, they answered "your order was not found with us." I'm writing to the Samsung chat. There I get an interesting answer: "Didn't they warn you that your order was canceled?". Of course they didn't warn you! No letter, no call. On the Samsung website it says that "the order is being processed." After some time, a call from Samsung: "Hi, your order has been canceled because the tablets are out of stock. They will be in stock within three weeks, so expect your order until the end of January." Okay, I'll wait. After another couple of hours, another call from Samsung and completely different information: "Your tablet is already on its way to you, you will receive it on January 8" Amazing confusion. I didn’t really believe that the tablet would come on January 8 The tablet still arrived on January 8, but with a defective display - it distorts the letters (see photos). If you touch the screen and slightly scroll - the glitch disappears. Moreover, the letters are distorted literally from the very first screen, when you just turn on the new display. I wrote to Samsung support in those - they sent me on a hike to an authorized service. I bought myself a problem. : In the Samsung support chat, I was advised to describe the problem in a letter and send it to client. Com@samsung. Com. They promised a response within three business days. On the third working day, I had a suspicion that no one would answer me. I called the Samsung hotline. They were very surprised that I wrote a letter to the "client mail". Moreover, they said that "they did not receive the letter." As a result, they asked to duplicate the letter to another mail. And this time the receipt of my letter was recorded. Now again wait three working days.
