You have a defective product because the return window has expired.
Bought these golf shoes for my son for Christmas.
When he returned home to our hometown a few weeks ago and tried on the shoes, the lace hole tore while trying on. The return window was late January so we were stuck.
Pros
- Now you have 2 pairs, great shoes and comfortable... Love them
Cons
- I put the boot on, tried to tighten it, and the boot tore in three different places.
