I ordered it spontaneously and it arrived quickly and well packaged. Sometimes I thought when ordering that the baby was too small for it, but I'm glad I did. It works well and doesn't bother them, and most importantly, it's the start of good oral hygiene habits! It also helps relieve toothache as it gently massages the gums. All in all it does the job so I'm glad I ordered it!
