I bought this and it slipped between the sofa cushions and when I pulled it out it didn't work. I'm not sure if it worked before because I haven't used it yet. So I got myself a second one. It works, but slowly and sometimes you have to press the button several times before it responds. The phone app works much, much better, but it's awkward when the phone is connected like a Roku remote. It's also a very light plastic and appears to break easily. Sometimes the dedicated buttons lead straight to Netflix or whatever, and sometimes just the Roku home screen. Not reliable at all. I think you get what you pay for. Conclusion: I would not buy it again and would recommend it to anyone. In the spring I will do a factory swap.
