This is exactly what I needed to crank my 2006 Dodge 2500 to do a valve adjustment. This is better than trying to turn it by turning the crank with a ratchet. Make sure you use a 1/2 inch wiggle joint with a long extension. This allows the crankshaft to be rotated while checking the position of the crankshaft pulley at TDC. Easier without a lift.
