I like how easily you can add different colors to each patient when viewing their information by clicking an icon next to any column heading (eg, Age). It is not as easy for me to edit existing data in this format since it does require some customization prior to using if out to your clients. Also, there are several fields with "select" options which do nothing but clutter up my reports' headers. The software looks good at first glance; however, after adding more than 10 patients or so into our system's database we quickly realized its limitations compared to other providers who have offered better reporting features throughout the years! We were looking specifically for something relatively low cost yet had robust functionality within order entry/transcription management etc., while being able solve most needs regarding financials and charge capture, such as calculating amounts owed versus outstanding bills from insurance companies due only to late payment processing dates vs actual amount paid per claim.
