Will not work with paint, wall treatments or accessories

Not only did this masking tape leak paint through the edges, but when I peeled the tape off the wall it pulled out the paint/putty underneath it. Now I have to re-fill, sand and repaint the ceiling and walls. In addition, he tore off not one piece, but several pieces. Complete disappointment.
