Review on 🔊 DS18 BT-Two Bluetooth Receiver: IP65 Waterproof, BT 4.0, Trigger Output, RCA Stereo Output by James Cabot

They don't have any instructions (not even a hookup guide) but from experience with other similar products it should go into pairing mode when turned on and I was able to find the wiring info in questions here and on the manufacturer's website. The first one I had didn't mate. Tried two different phones. Contacted the manufacturer, they forced me to send it back at my expense for a 'test'. They said it worked fine for them so I asked what the pairing process was and they said there was none. I asked how to get it to connect to my phone, they said to call tech support and that I'd better have a professional install it. new so I don't really know if the first one was bad or not. They also asked where I bought the device (all communication went through Revain) and couldn't find my order with my copied/pasted Order ID until I sent them a screenshot showing it. Got a replacement, hooked it up like the first one and hooked it up straight away. It took a lot longer and cost a lot more than it should have.
