Review on AMTIFO AM-W70 - HD 1080P Wireless Backup Camera for Truck with Bluetooth, ⚙️ 7 Inch Monitor, Digital Signal, and Support for 2nd RV Camera/License Plate Backup Camera by Mark Crawford

Very good quality and excellent visibility in bright sunlight.

Very good quality AM-WD70 system with decent instructions covering installation steps but not specific to any particular vehicle. I installed a Sonata 08. I spent more time deciding where to connect and which wire than the installation itself. Since the license plate is on the trunk lid, I routed the power and antenna wires under the left-hand license plate light (plain metal here) and with it connected to the left reversing light (blue +, black -). The power cord extension is 8 feet long, so I rolled it up and zipped it to the trunk lid for a future vehicle swap. There are 2 nodes (2" x 3/8") on the power strip that are not shown or described, so I left them alone. I glued the antenna cable to the inside of the trunk lid and the monitor shows full signal strength. Bluetooth wasn't mentioned in the manual so I'm not sure what it refers to. A pleasant surprise is that the suction cup mount is a sticky ring (my words) that sticks very well to the rough surface of the top of the dashboard. I've had one with GPS for years. (First you need to wet the donut, hold it for a few seconds and then flip the clamp lever.) There are many adjustments that can be made with the monitor and they are well described in the manual. Of particular note are the guide adjustments, as the camera is limited to up and down movement. Image quality is excellent, lateral visibility is good, focus is sharp. I mentioned that the sun doesn't disturb the picture, you can see the picture well with sunglasses, including polaroid lenses. Last Comment; The magnetic attachment of the monitor to the arm works well, but rotates very easily in a vertical plane. It fits snugly in the mount, but the power cord or a bump in the road can cause it to rotate.
