Good. Better than most things currently available. Helps organize cords and hold most types on your desk without sliding down. A weighted base is a much better solution than other sticky ground solutions. It's very difficult to badly slide a cable between the slots if you can't get the end through the gliding hole. Once in, they don't slide in and out with ease. The weight of the cable dangling from the table is insufficient to allow the cable to slide back through the holes into the ready position for use. Cables must be manually routed through the holes. The Apple Lightning Connector can be pulled through the hole if you're not careful. Other small connectors can do the same. The supplier was good and sent quickly.
